Dr. Sola Okunkpolor is a multidimensional professional whose journey spans banking, business, international development, public service, and education. With over two decades of experience, she blends strategy, structure, spirituality, and lived wisdom to help people and organisations break limitations, find clarity, and grow with confidence.
Sola began her career in banking where she became an award-winning Business Development Executive, receiving recognitions such as Best MSME Banker South South and Best Business Manager. Her years in finance shaped her mastery of sales, customer intelligence, operations, relationship management, and business structure.
She later transitioned into self-employment where she built thriving businesses in retail, consulting, and real estate. These experiences deepened her understanding of entrepreneurship, sustainable growth, customer strategy, and the realities of scaling a business in the Nigerian context.
Her passion for impact led her into the world of international development, working on large-scale education and community initiatives with global organisations including USAID funded projects and Creative Associates International. Her track record opened the door to public service where she was appointed the Executive Director of the Edo State Agency for Mass Education. In this role, she led significant reforms in adult literacy, second chance education, and community learning. Through her work in government, international development, policy advocacy, and capacity building, her impact has reached more than 10,000 people across Nigeria and beyond.
As an entrepreneur, Sola has continued to build successful ventures in education, consulting, real estate, trading, and knowledge monetisation. She helps business owners gain clarity, structure their operations, increase visibility, and scale sustainably. Her advisory and coaching are grounded in lived experience, intelligent analysis, and deep spiritual alignment.
As a Life, Business, and Growth Coach, she has supported clients across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, guiding them into personal clarity, emotional healing, identity strengthening, purpose direction, and personal power. Her coaching style is warm, intuitive, strategic, and deeply transformational.
As a public speaker and facilitator, Sola has addressed thousands across conferences, schools, churches, corporate strategic retreats, and international events. She is known for her engaging storytelling, her calm yet powerful presence, her deep insights, and her ability to simplify complex ideas in a way that inspires action.
She is also the founder of Our Lady of Hope Montessori School where she champions early childhood excellence, communication mastery, confidence building, and holistic child development.
